MANUFACTURING

We build every piece of Pivot equipment using a careful balance of in-house and out-sourced methodology to ensure cost effectiveness, consistency and superior quality. CAD computer technology dictates every cut, weld, and part used during a 6-stage process that culminates in a confined quality control area where units are carefully inspected and labeled prior to shipping. Each year we spend more and more money in re-investing in new moulds, machinery and human resources to continually improve our offer.

Pivot is proud to offer a full line of home-use strength equipments, from utility benches, power rack, smith machines to Home gyms and functional trainers. Pivot is also an early provider of modular rack, heavy power racks, bumpers, power bands and lifting chains. Free weights are also a key line of our strength equipments, such as rubber hex dumbbells, rubber plates and all kinds of kettlebells. We are convinced that you will fnd the perfect mix of equipment to suit your needs.

We apply strict 100% assembly inspection on each model of equipments prior to every shipment. In our factory we have 4 steps of inspection on each model for every roll of production. All these ensure every piece of our equipments delivered to clients is reliable.

Apart from offering full lines of equipment, Pivot offers a high degree of equipment customization. We can customize the upholstery with your own logo, we can also make your logo and stick it to proper position of equipment frame.
